Inside The Construction Site!
Neighbors from the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) and several Corewell Health employees working on opening the new wellness center in HUB 07 broke bread together after a tour of the 45,000 sq ft building at 1534 Kalamazoo Ave. SE.

January 2025
Phase 1*Corewell Center for Health and Wellness opens and starts seeing patients.
Amplify GR opens new offices at the HUB.
Spring 2025
Phase 2*Community cafe, rentable multi-purpose event space, & shared workspace open.
Early childhood education center, local agencies, & nonprofits are moved in.
Amenties At The HUB
HUB 07 started opening in the Winter of 2025. It will include a vibrant community café, a rentable multi-purpose event space, the Boston Square Center for Wellness by Corewell Health, Amplify GR’s new offices, a shared workspace, an early childhood education center, community programming, and more!
As HUB 07 evolves, we look forward to welcoming more community partners, each dedicated to fostering wellness and connection for Boston Square neighbors.
